Last month, I got an invite from our good friends from Elizabeth Arden to give us first dibs on the brand's newest skincare line, the Visible Whitening.
Elizabeth Arden Visible Whitening Skincare Line
The Visible Whitening skincare line is a breakthrough regimen-based collection that controls melanin production, while also enhancing the skin's ability to reflect light. It's a complete range from facial cleanser to BB Cream. Yes, the brand now has a BB cream! Better late than never!
The line features innovative ingredients like Vitamin C derivates and SpectraBrightTM, a potent botanical Hops extract originating from France and acts on signal reaction from UV light and melanosome transportation to prevent melanin production). Aside from these melanin-inhibiting ingredients, it also has antioxidants, collagen, elastin boosters, pore reducers and diamond powders to help skin create a surface that reflects more light.
With continuous usage, skin is exfoliated, pores minimized and light reflectivity improved with a decreased appearance of melanin on the skin's surface.
Visible Whitening Smoothing Cleanser
This gentle foaming formula cleanses, purifies and detoxifies skin. Melting micro beads and enzyme instantly remove surface melanin. Skin looks brighter, more even toned and glowing.
Visible Whitening Pore Minimizing Toner
A mild refreshing toner that immediately soothes, calms and clarifies skin with Green Tea Extract and Witch Hazel that helps minimize the look of pores.
Visible Whitening Melanin Control Day Essence
A concentrated yet lightweight daytime serum with Diamond Powder to instantly brighten the look of skin and even out tone. It also has Vitamin C derivatives and plant extracts to help reduce the appearance of dark spots and help prevent future excess pigmentation. And lastly, a dermis enhancer to support skin's natural collagen and elastin to make skin appear smoother, more even and luminous.
Visible Whitening Smooth and Brighten Emulsion
Sheer, silky lotion formulated with micro-fine Pearl Powder and other optical diffusers for an instant glow. It also has Hyaluronic acid derivative botanical extracts to help prevent moisture loss and melanin inhibitors to fight the appearance of dark spots and discoloration. Result: skin appears clear, smooth and translucent. Best for those with oily or combination skin.
Visible Whitening Firm and Reflect Moisturizer
The luxurious cream counterpart of the emulsion. Best suits those with dry skin.
Visible Whitening Illuminating Eye Serum
Instantly brightens the eye area with micronized Diamond Powder, Melanin-inhibiting ingredients to help brighten and a blend of Algae extracts to fight the appearance of dark circles and puffiness.
Visible Whitening Multi-targeted UV Shield BB Cream SPF 30 PA++
A daytime formula that provides hydration, fights discoloration and help diminish the look of fine lines. It makes skin look smooth and even-toned with a soft, translucent glow. Available in three skin-enhancing shades: Shade 1, Shade 2 and Transparent.
Visible Whitening Melanin Control Night Capsules
A high-performance night serum that delivers Vitamin C derivative, SpectraBrightTM and powerful antioxidants including Licorice that help fight the damaging effects of pollution and support skin's natural and collagen elastin matrix.
Each product has been uniquely developed to enhance the whitening product of every other product in the skincare line. Like any other product, it's a lot better if you use the entire line for optimum results.
Now check out some of the photos taken during the event:
Who wouldn't want to have a skin as clear and luminous as hers?
Dra. Darah, probably the prettiest dermatologist I've ever met, was the speaker for the event. She loves Elizabeth Arden's Prevage (like my Mom does!) but now she gets kinda confused of whether to stay with Prevage because of this new line from the brand. She emphasized the importance of using sunblock, and how it can really help enhance the effectivity of any whitening product.
We were given a chance to check out all the products. I noticed that the products get easily absorbed and they don't leave any sticky after-feel.
We also played the game Four Pictures, One Word:
Shen and I were team mates, and we won!
Thanks to our dear friends from Elizabeth Arden for inviting me and our fellow bloggers.
I was given a chance to try out the BB cream and the Night Capsules, which I'll be reviewing soon..so watch out for it!
I was also able to get the eye serum in sample size and it's what I've been using for weeks now. I can say that it does help in making my under eyes less dark. They are still puffy, but at least I don't look like a panda when I don't have makeup on. And I'm thinking of getting the Day Essence and/or the Emulsion after I finish my Shiseido White Lucent serum runs out. Oh yes, I love anything whitening.
Enjoy the weekend, my loves!
